Obituary of Brigitte Florine Wolf

WOLF, Brigitte (n"e Loser), passed away on Monday, April 30, at the age of 74 after a lengthy and courageous battle with numerous illnesses. Beloved wife and lifelong (over 52 years) companion to husband G"nther. Loving mother to Robert (companion of Lise) of Windsor and Peter (Cathy) of Tallahassee, Florida. Proud and loving grandmother of Mackenzie, Benjamin and Brandon. Sister to Ottilie Schmidt (Anton) and Rudy Loser (companion of Susan). Loving daughter-in-law of Katharina and late Heinrich Wolf. Dear sister-in-law of Ozzie Wolf (Darlene), Gerhard Wolf and Heidi Gagnier (Gary). Predeceased by Wilhelm Waller (grandfather), Philipp Loser (father), Katharina Waller (grandmother), George Straub (stepfather), and Maria Straub (mother). Brigitte loved her children, grandchildren, dancing, baking, cooking, high fashion and entertaining her family and friends. She loved life and rarely complained even as her numerous and serious illnesses ravaged her body. She will be remembered for her sense of humour, generosity, smile and being a fighter until the end. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel), 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234, on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Visiting will resume on Friday, May 4, 2018 at First Lutheran Church (160 Giles Blvd. W.), from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11a.m. In kindness, donations may be made in Brigitte"s name to the Hospice of Essex County or First Lutheran Church of Windsor.
