Obituary of James Kocsis

KOCSIS, James "Jim"Passed away peacefully on April 11, 2018 at the age of 77. Jim will live forever in the heart of this beloved wife Heather and his cherished children the late Jimmy (1988), Dawn Elizabeth, David (Sandy), Jen (Daryl) Toop and Jeff (Sonya). Devoted Papa to his grandchildren Charli, Sara, Kevin, Kyle, Cal, Morgan, Austin, Ethan and his great grandchildren Carter, Juliet, Emilia, Felix, Zoey, and Georgie. Remembered as a dear brother-in-law to the late Bob (Marcie) Hoffman, Dianne (the late Les) Meloche, David (Sandy) Lupton, Patrick (Darlene) Lupton and George (Pam) Lupton. Jim retired after 30 years of dedicated service with the Windsor Fire Department. A heartfelt thank you to all the nurses and staff at Extendicare-Tecumseh for the many years of exceptional care given to James. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. His funeral services will be held in the Funeral Home chapel on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 10:30am. Burial to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. If you so desire, donations in Jim"s memory to Parkinson Society or the Windsor Fire Fighters Benefit Fund would be appreciated by his family.
