Obituary of Vittorio Pidutti

Born February 13, 1937. Passed away peacefully on March 30, 2018 at the age of 81. Reunited with his loving wife Francesca. Cherished father to Linda and husband Tony Gyemi, Manuela and husband Keith Tyler, Nadia and husband Kevin French and Gianna and husband Bill Brundage. Proud Nonno to Carla Gyemi and husband David, Danielle and Lauren Gyemi, Courtlyn and Dylan Tyler, Nina and Jaclyn French and Briseis Brundage. Predeceased by parents Giovanni and Olga Pidutti, and in-laws Pasquale and Gaetana Silvaggi. Dear brother to George Pidutti and Anna Pidutti. Brother-in-law to the late Luigi Silvaggi, the late Angelina Silvaggi, the late Lorenzo Silvaggi and wife Santina, Giuseppina Alfini and late husband Lorenzo, the late Lino Silvaggi and wife Angela, the late Aldo Silvaggi and late wife Lilliana, the late Giovanni Silvaggi and late wife Edda and Nella Civiero and husband Ivo, and Anne Kraynack. Vic will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He retired after 40 years of dedicated service as a skilled-trade employee of Ford Motor Company. Vic had many passions, including soccer, bowling, and was an avid golfer. He loved to dance, sing, and was always the life of the party. He was also a proud 60-year member of the Giovanni Caboto Club, as well as the Fogolar Furlan Club. Above all else, he cherished time spent with his family. A heartfelt thank you to all of his caregivers, staff at Oak Park LaSalle, and Extendicare Tecumseh. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road, East 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 2:00 " 5:00 pm and from 7:00 " 9:00pm. Funeral service on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 9:45 am from the funeral home to Most Precious Blood Parish (1947 Meldrum Road) for Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Burial to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. In memory of Vic, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer"s Society.
