Obituary of Mary Rose Wilhelm
Passed away peacefully on March 10, 2018 at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Adam (2009) and her son Rev Dennis Wilhelm (2017). Dearest mother to Sue Hotham (Bernie), Carol Rice (Jeff), Mark "Gus" (Katie), and Michael (Margaret). Loving grandmother to Brad, Allison, Adam, Matthew, Colin, Patrick, Meagan, Trevor & Taylor. Great-grandmother to Jaxson, Lilly, Avery, Mason, Emerson, and Ellie. Sister to Julie Banda and predeceased by her brother Frank Buttl (2018).Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved and cared for all of her family. She was a wonderful cook and passed on many good lessons to her family. Mary had a great passion for her garden and flowers and cared for them like her children. She was a long time member of Most Precious Blood Church and a lifetime member of the C.W.L.. The family would like to extend out a special thank you to the staff of Brouillette Manor for their care and compassion during Mary"s stay.Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 2-5 & 7-9pm. Parish and C.W.L. Prayers at 4:30pm. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Most Precious Blood (1947 Meldrum) from 9:30am until time of Funeral Mass 10:30am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In kindness, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Windsor-Essex County.
