Obituary of Audrey Joan Gillies

Audrey passed away peacefully at Banwell Gardens on Friday, March 9, 2018, a week after her late friend and roommate Inez Ion. Beloved wife of the late Israel Gillies. Cherished mother of Margaret (late Wallace Earle), Robert (Jeanne) Gillies, Gloria Smith (Nick). Grandmother to Kathleen (Jeff), Charlotte (Paul), Christine (Greg), and Amy (Peter). Great-grandmother to John (Sarah), Justin, Krystal (Donald), Tiffany (Greg), Paul Declair, Joseph, Victoria, Robert, Alexander and Ryan. Great-great grandmother to Isla Rosemary. Audrey was a long-standing member of the United Church. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. 519.253.7234 on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm. Visitation will resume on Tuesday at 10am, until the time of Audrey"s Service at 11am. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Audrey"s family would like to thank Banwell Gardens for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
