I am so very sorry to learn of Ron's passing. We were friends for over four decades as a result of attending Windsor Spitfire hockey games at the Windsor Arena. Ron was also a friend of my late father, Tom, and I used to listen to the pair as they would talk endlessly in the rush end at the old Barn. I will miss that hearty laugh and that big smile Ron always seemed to have on his face when we met. While his passing is untimely, I am also thankful that it happened in his sleep and that he did not suffer. My deepest sympathy goes to Pat and the family at this time.
