Obituary of Katherine Lynn Stajic

STAJIC, Katherine (nee Kapetan) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Katherine, a loving Mother, Baba, Sister, Aunt and Friend, on January 26, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Reunited with her beloved husband Milorad (2002), daughter Kristina(1987), parents Steven (1987) and Helen (1999) Kapetan, and canine companion Vince. Loving Mother and best friend to Brenda Murphy (Ian), and Diana Stajic. Cherished Baba to Arianna Murphy. Dear Sister to Alex Kapetan (Dobrila), Geri Miller (late Robert), Mary Ann Gegich (Milan), Denise Krstevski (Jovan). Katherine will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, kumovi and friends. She was an employee of Lakeside Plastics with 24 years of dedicated service. In her pastime, Katherine enjoyed putting smiles on peoples faces with her baking and cake decorating skills. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234 on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 6-9 pm. Prayers at 7:30 pm. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Gracanica Serbian Orthodox Church (1960 Meldrum Rd. at Tecumseh Rd. E.) for Katherine's Funeral Service at 10:30 am. Very Rev. Milan Jovanovic officiating. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
