Obituary of Eve aka Paraskeva Tokar

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our cherished mother. Beloved wife of 51 years to the late Rev. Johnny, September 5, 2000. Loving mother of Bruce, Blaine (Tammy), and Brenda (Dave) Bellaire. Precious grandson Nathan Bellaire, God-daughter Ida Muirhead, God-sons, Matthew & Jesse Moldovan and survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Dysart, Saskatchewan on July 14, 1928. Predeceased by her parents, Stan & Jenny Danchuk, brothers, Nick, Alex, and Bill, sisters, Mary Vuk, Annie Ivanoff, Katie Vallis, Tillie Lipon, Lena Waldner, Kay Zipchian, and Betty Moldovan. Worked for many years at Safeway Regina, Loblaw"s and Dominion Stores. Member of the Descent of the Holy Ghost Romanian Church and Ladies Auxiliary. Member and former treasurer for the Arch Diocese Ladies Auxiliary. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E 519.253.7234 on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 2-5 & 7-9pm. Prayers at 7:30pm. Friends and family are asked to gather directly at Descent of the Holy Ghost (Seminole and Drouillard) for visitation on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 9am until Funeral Service at 10am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In kindness, memorial donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation.
