Obituary of Antonio Da Silva Texeira Rodrigues

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Antonio on January 22, 2018 at 69 years of age. Loving husband and soul mate of Maria with whom he shared 45 years of marriage. Cherished and devoted daddy of Monica Cacilhas and husband Antonio, Helen Nunes and husband Leonel, and Diana Dinis and husband Paul. Adored grandfather "avo" of David, Kyle, Rodrigo, and Selena. Much loved brother of Aurelio Rodrigues and wife Marilda and the late Jose Luis Rodrigues and surviving wife Fernanda. Treasured uncle of Aurelio Paulo, Michelle, Elizabeth and Jason. He will also be missed by many extended family members and friends in Canada and Azores, Portugal. Antonio was a dedicated General Foreman at Standard Induction Foundry for many years. With great faith, Antonio was one of the founders of Casa Dos Espirito Santo Windsor. Above all, his unwavering love, devotion and beautiful smile will never be forgotten. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Thursday January 25, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Thursday at 4:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday January 26, 2018 at Our Lady of The Atonement Church from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
