Obituary of Laura Swiatoschik

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Laura Swiatoschik on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband Nicholas ("Nick") (1994) and infant son Lonny (1952). Loving and devoted mother to Janice Tughan (Philip), Valerie, Kerry, Robert (Sylvia) and Ronie. Cherished Baba to Kevin (fiancee Shelbi), Eric, Nicholas, Jack, Thomas and Kristen. Laura will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Olga Casey and God daughter Lynda Mastronardi (Bob). Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Laura loved gardening, singing and playing the piano and mandolin. Mom"s perogie, cabbage rolls and deep-dish apple pie were always greatly enjoyed at family gatherings. Thank you to the supportive and caring staff at Devonshire Seniors Residence and the various services provided by CCAC. Cremation has already taken place. E, 519-253-7234 on Saturday January 6, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service the Chapel at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
