Obituary of Antonio Bruno Brait

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Bruno on December 21, 2017 at the age of 77. Loving and cherished husband to Rosetta with whom he shared 51 years of marriage. Loving father to Robert and Renata Brait, and Sonia and Robert D"Agostino. Proud Nonno to Michael, Andrew, Salina and Maia. Predeceased by parents Dante and Giovanna and sisters Luisa (1947) and Luisa (1973). Dear brother to Giuseppe and Maria, Mirella and Angelo, and Annaliva and Angelo. Brother-in-law to Ines and the late Aldo, Giorgio and Laura, Enni and Enzo, the late Maria and survived by husband Romeo, the late Simeone and Marcella, the late Giuseppe and survived by wife Agnese, and the late Monseigneur Giovanni Ros. He will be missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews both near and abroad. Bruno was a proud member of the Giovanni Caboto Club where he dedicated over 51 years of membership, and was a part of the Men"s Bocciofila. He was also dedicated to the Trevisani Nel Mondo Association. Bruno retired from Kelsey Hayes Windsor after working for over 20 years. He was also the proud owner of Primo"s Delicatessen for 20 years, where he was known for his Italian sausage and salami. Bruno was an avid hunter and sports fan with a particular passion for soccer (especially AC Milan), hockey and bocce. We will miss and remember him for his dedication and love for our family. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel), 1700 Tecumseh Road East, 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 2:00 pm " 5:00 pm and from 7:00 pm " 9:00 pm. Parish prayers to take place at 4:30pm. A Funeral Service will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 9:45 am to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. For those who wish memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
