Obituary of Luisa Rossi

ROSSI, Luisa (nee Moscone) Passed away peacefully by her husband"s side on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Born in Casalvieri, Italy on September 10, 1929, she immigrated to Windsor from Naples in 1954. She was the beloved wife of Valentino Rossi for 65 years and cherished mother to Maria Recchia and son-in-law John Recchia. Sister to Rinaldo Moscone and the late Pia DiCarlo. Proud grandmother to Lisa & Rob Pelaccia and Tina & David Younan. She was dearly loved by her great-grandchildren Matteo & Marcus Younan and Luca Pelaccia. Predeceased by parents Virginia & Donato Moscone. Luisa looked forward to spending time with her family and spoiling them with Sunday dinners. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel), 1700 Tecumseh E., 519-253-7234, on Friday, December 1, 2017 from 3-5 & 7-9pm. Parish Prayers at 4:30pm. Funeral Services on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 8:45am from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
