Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 16, 2020 at 91 years old.
Loving husband of Marina “Dina” (nee Zanchetta) for 63 years.
Cherished father of Clara (late Brad 2017) Lyons and Jane (Phil) Specht.
Proud nonno of Eric, Lydia, and Rachel.
Loving brother of the late Lisetta, the late Giovanni, Gino, Carletto, Marcelo, the late Teresina, Giuseppe, and Valerio and their families in Canada, Italy, and Australia.
Loving brother-in-law of the late Vanda, the late Corrado, the late Sergio, and Franca and their families in Italy.
Antonio will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Canada, Italy, the U.S.A., and Australia.
For years Antonio worked as a plasterer in construction, leaving his mark on many houses and businesses in the Windsor area.
Antonio enjoyed riding his bike and going for long walks as well as working in his vegetable garden. He was a proud member of the Giovanni Caboto Club and a parishioner of St. Angela Merici Church.
A special thank you to Candiss and her staff at Lifetimes on Riverside for their amazing care and for always making dad smile.
Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, October 21st, 2020 from 5-8pm. A funeral service will take place in the chapel on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 10:00am. Masks are required at visitation, Funeral Service and Cemetery A private entombment will take place at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Reservations are required to attend the Funeral Service.
