Obituary of Jacqueline Vrbanek

Jackie' It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Jackie, our beloved daughter, sister and aunt on October 11, 2017 at the age of 42. Beloved and treasured daughter to Ann and Tony Vrbanek. Cherished sister to Tina (Justin) Jewhurst and Cindy (Jeff) Garant. Forever loved aunt to Chelsea, Tyler and Elena. Loving granddaughter to Ljuba and the late Josip Sudac and the late Marica and Ivan Vrbanek of Croatia. Jackie is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Canada and Croatia. A heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at ICU and 8th Floor at WRH, Ouellette Campus for the wonderful and compassionate care provided to Jackie and her family. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519-253-7234 on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm with parish prayers at 8pm. Funeral Service on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 9:45am from the Funeral Home then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church (1701 Turner Rd., Windsor) for Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. In kindness and to Honour Jackie"s life, memorial donations may be made to Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation or St. Francis of Assisi Church Building Fund.
