Obituary of Gerald Wayne Wells

WELLS, Gerald, Passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Hospice of Windsor Essex County surrounded by his family. Beloved husband and lifelong companion of over 50yrs to Edith "Dee Dee" (nee Vollans). Loving father to Jeff (Christa) and Jamie (Lauren). Proud grandfather to Cassidy, Delaney, Tyler, Katie and Ethan. Brother in law to Doug Vollans (Sharon) and Sylvia DelCol (Remo). Predeceased by parents Clifford and Eleanor (nee Kennedy) and brother Richard. Gerry will be remembered for his love of fishing, golf, gardening and playing with his grandkids. Special thanks to the staff at Hospice for their constant care and support in his final days. At Gerry"s request, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East 519-253-7234 on Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 5-8pm.
