Obituary of Beatrice Kostashuk

Kostashuk (nee Gould), Beatrice “Bea” Passed away peacefully on October 16, 2020 at the age of 90 in Windsor. Beloved wife of the late Edward (1994). Loving mother of Dr. Ed Kostashuk and Dr. Mary Chu of Surrey, B.C., Guy and Brenda Kostashuk, Christine and Larry Lesperance all of Windsor. Cherished grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 8. She is also survived by sister Marie and brothers Dale and Roy. Bea was predeceased by sister Leona and brothers Joel, Edmund and Raymond. A dedicated homemaker, Bea was accomplished in ceramic making and a great seamstress and cook, the frequent host of the annual family dinners. In difficult times she readily embraced the challenges and was the bridge over troubled waters. The family would like to thank all of the dedicated caregivers and support staff at the Berkshire Care Centre and her long time family physician Dr. Paul Loebach. In keeping with her wishes, Beatrice has been cremated with a Memorial Service to be held at a future date.
