Obituary of Raymond Roy

ROY, Raymond It is with the heaviest of hearts that we must announce the passing of our beloved Raymond on September 1, 2017 at the age of 63. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Kathy, his two beautiful daughters Nicole (Omar) Farah and Melissa (Emmanuel Adjetey-Nelson) and his grand-doggies Allie and Sammie. Raymond has gone to join his parents Fern and Peggy, his siblings Cindy and Ricky and is survived by his siblings Robert "Bob" (Rose) and Colleen as well as his nieces, nephews and his many cousins and friends. He will be missed by his colleagues and all those he has helped throughout his many years when working for the Windsor Essex Catholic School Board; as well as a substance abuse representative for local 2458 Unifor; as a volunteer with victim services; and as a trainer of trainers with NOVA, responding to Hurricane Katrina and 9-11. Everyone is invited to join the family for visitation on Monday, September 4, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9pm at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519-253-7234. A celebration of his life will take place on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 10:30am in the Funeral Home Chapel with cremation to follow.
