Obituary of Carmelo aka Mike Angileri

ANGILERI, C. Mike 80 years, passed away peacefully with family by his side on August 10, 2017. Beloved husband of Nancy McQuire. Loving father of Catherine Vexler (Mitchell), Cristina Pinke (Marc). Loving step-father of Tina McQuire, Lisa Morand (Kevin), Ken McQuire (Candace). Cherished nonno to several grandchildren. Loving brother of Vince and Pina Angileri, Salvatore and Joann Angileri, late Angelo (2008) and surviving wife Connie Angileri, and the late Angelina (2016) and husband Gaspare (2000) Sciacca of Windsor, Graziella and Antonio De Vita, Francesca and Nicola Nizza of Marsala, Sicily. Mike will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Angileri was the proud proprietor with his family for 34 years of Angileri Lumber on Howard Ave. Friends will be received at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519.253.7234 on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers Sunday at 4:30 pm. Funeral Service on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 10:00 am from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave.) for Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Procession to follow to Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy and to honour Mike's life, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Residential Home in Windsor.
