Obituary of Victoria Boulay

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Victoria on Saturday, August 5, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Victoria will be deeply and dearly missed by her husband Robert Downey, and her boys; Steven (Vanessa), David, Mark, Michael (Katie), and Pierre (Kim). Proud Grandmother of her little Matthew. Victoria will always be remembered by her sister Donna (Eugene Nespolon). Victoria will be cherished in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, family and many friends. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E (519) 253-7234 on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Victoria"s life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, August 10, 2017 beginning at 10:30 am. Cremation will follow the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Ronald McDonald House of Windsor & Essex County, in memory of Victoria.
