Obituary of Angelo Nadalin

NADALIN, AngeloApril 16, 1930 " August 1, 2017Passed away peacefully on August 1, 2017 at the age of 87 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 59 years to Gabriella (nee Paolatto) Angelo will be missed by his children; Livia (Roland Schwalm), Michael (Amy), and Patty (Greg Reaume). Proud Nonno of Christopher, Lauren, Mason, and Trevor. Loving son to the late Giuseppe and Giacomina. Dear son-in-law to the late Natale and Angela. Cherished brother of Ernesto (the late Anita) Nadalin, the late Onoria and Giuseppe Blaseotto, and the late Francesco and Anna Nadalin. Angelo will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Angelo was very active in the Italian Community, He was a member of both the Fogolar Furlan and Giovanni Caboto Clubs. He was also the Director and Member of the St. Angela Merici Church Choir and the Coro Italiano. He was chosen as Italian of the Year in 1990. He will also be remembered for his love of making wine and gardening. The family would like to thank the amazing doctors, nurses and staff of Windsor Regional Hospital " Ouellette Campus for the care and compassion they showed to Angelo and his family. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (CENTRAL CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E (519) 253-7234 on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers will be given at 4:30 pm. Funeral Services on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 8:45 am from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
