Dear Family members.It has been a pleasure, an honour, and a complete joy, to have taken care of your ..Sister,aunt,and whatever she was to you, through the last 27 years of my life!.I worked at the convent before Sr lucille arrived at the Devonshire, and knew her very well.I got to know her more intimate when she came to the Devonshire over the last 12 years,which was a very hard transition for her, but Sr being Sr, she adapted and got on very well with everyone.She participated in all the activities, including bingo!!..she loved that, and when needed help, the staff, and residents were only to eager to help her.She was very loved by everyone who she knew and respected her first of all as being a ''Sister'' first, and a gentle funny, and loveable woman.I gave her the name ..''CHICKY''. quite a few months ago because she was so gentle, funny, and to me, she was my chicky!!!.She loved it and so everyone started calling her Chicky.I am going to miss her smile, her love, and most of all i am going to miss her so very much. Love you my chicky, and will always miss you lots xxxxxx Ann. xxxxxxxx
