May 29, 1973-July 30, 2017It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Mary surrounded by her loving family, after a lengthy journey that she endured so bravely until the end. Adored daughter of Anna and Alfonso Mazza. Loving wife and best friend of Genolino Duronio with whom she shared 21 years of marriage. Cherished and devoted mother of Anthony, Nicolas and Daniel. Loving daughter-in-law of Pietro and Angela Duronio. Predeceased by her grandparents Leonardo and Rosa Mazza, Maria and Leonardo Munisteri, Genolino and Carmela Duronio, and Panfilo Salvatore. Survived by her Nonnina Dorinda Salvatore. Dear sister of Rosa Ferlaino and husband Eugenio and Dino Mazza and wife Jennifer. Dear sister-in-law of Carmela Cusenza and husband Piero and Pietro Duronio and wife Carol. Precious Zia of Christopher, Alysha, Alyssa, Michael, Myles, Luna, and Liam. She will also be missed by many aunts, uncles and dear friends. Mary fought a lengthy and valiant battle with cancer and remained very strong and determined until the end. Her unwavering love and devotion to her husband and children will never be forgotten. Her memories will live on in the hearts of all those who were blessed to know her. A special thank you to the Doctors and Staff on the Oncology floors at Windsor Regional Hospital -Metropolitan Campus, Victoria Hospital in London and Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Your love and support will never be forgotten. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Wednesday August 2, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday August 3, 2017 at 10:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to Ste. Anne Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd. East) for Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
