Passed away peacefully on July 25, 2017. Loving mother of Stephanie, Johnny, Jeffery and loving mother in law of Jason and Katherine. Dear step mother of Connie and Allen. Cherished grandmother of Brandy Fay and Myranda May. Dear sister of Charlene, Monica, Bonita, the late Garney and late Bernita. Predeceased by her parents Helen and Garnet. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Elaine will be remembered for her love of children and gardening.
