Obituary of Edmund Lebaire Arbour

Edmund (Ted) Lebaire Arbour, 84, passed away this Wednesday,June 28, 2017. Edmund was born March 28, 1933 to the late Lebaire and AlmaArbour in Windsor, Ontario. Edmund is survived by his wife, Norma Arbour;children, Theresa Arbour (Howie), Brian Arbour, Michael Arbour, Bernadette Barry (Pat) and James Arbour; sister Alma (Babe) Hubel and late husband Tom; 12 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Edmund was preceded in death by his brother Art, and sister in law June. Ted met his loving wife of 63 years while serving in the Navy. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and lifetime member of the Windsor Sportmen's Club. Ted spent 40 years in the construction industry. Ted had a cherished circle of friends, most of whom he'd been friends with for many, many years. A private family service was held on June 29, 2017 at Windsor Chapel. A celebration of life luncheon will be held at a later date at the Windsor Sportsmen's Club. Donations in memory of Edmund may be made to the Hospice of Windsor Essex County.
