Obituary of Josephine Lavo

LAVO, Josephine (nee Paucir). Passed away peacefully on June 14, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her parents Stefan and Anna (nee Belohorec) Paucir. Predeceased by her husband John (1990). Dear sister of the late Stefan and his late wife Emilia. Survived by her half-brother Milan Paucir and his late wife Anna. Predeceased by her beloved nieces and nephews: Julius Cerget (late Jessie), Margaret Riberdy (late Alphonse), Anthony Cerget (late Helene), Joseph Cerget (Blanche), and Michael Petras (Doris). Survived by niece Mary Koncovy (late Anthony). Also, survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews both here in Canada and Czechoslovakia. She will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends. Visitation to take place at Windsor Chapel (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue, 519 253-7234 from 12 noon - 1:30 pm on Saturday June 17, 2017 followed by chapel service at 1:30 pm. Josephine will be laid to rest at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. If you so desire, donations to Brouillette Manor would be appreciated by the family.
