Dear Tom and family: I am in disbelief, and so very deeply saddened to learn of Sue''s passing. A lovely woman whom I will always remember for her warm smile and friendly manner. May all your happy memories of Sue sustain you, Amy, and Chad at this difficult time. P.S. Regrettably, I will not be able to attend Sue''s memorial service on Friday evening. Please know that I will be thinking of you and your family that day (our shared birthday), and pray that the love of family and friends brings you comfort.
