SOANES, Thomas WilliamPassed away on May 8, 2017 at Windsor Regional Hospital- Ouellette Campus. Beloved husband of the late Harriette Anne Soanes (McCullough). Loving father of Marilyn & Dick Poole, Cheryl & Mike Lenehan, Cathy & Gary Williams, Terry & Lisa Soanes. Predeceased by (son) Tom Soanes Jr. & surviving wife Linda and pre-deceased (daughter) Linda & surviving husband Ted. Predeceased by parents Ethel & Charles Soanes. Loving grandfather of Tara & Dave, Darren & Meredith, Sean & Sue, Patrick & Nancy, Tyson, Matthew and Derek. Great grandfather of Megan, Carley, Abby, Parker, Logan, Kennedy, Liam, Aiden, Ashton, Brynden, McKinley, Quinn, Laiken and Brynn. Brother of George Soanes (late Eileen), Dorothy Hanke (late Jack). Thomas was a member of Legion #594 and Roseland Trinity United Church. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519-253-7234 on Wednesday May 10, 2017 6 to 9pm. Prayers Wednesday at 8:00pm. Cremation to follow. Special thanks to Fr. Larry Brunet for his prayers. A family interment to celebrate Tom's life will be held at a later date.
