Obituary of Theresa Mae Nicholson

NICHOLSON, Theresa Mae (nee Walsh)Aug. 3, 1925 " Apr. 30, 2017With broken hearts the family of Theresa Nicholson announces the passing of our beloved mother while surrounded by her family. Born in Florence, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia to parents Olive and John William Walsh. Predeceased by her loving husband the late Keith Nicholson (1997), 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Loving mother of Rose Marie Hunt (Charlie), Gloria Mazloum (Said), Calvin Nicholson (Suzy) Heather Robert (Ron) and Christina McKenzie (Ken). Loving Grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mom will always be remembered for her undying love for her family, her generosity of self and her sense of humour. She was our angel on this earth and is now surrounded by them. Special thanks to the staff of Banwell Gardens especially the PSW"s who loved her so. Visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday May 4, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
