Obituary of Rev. Gheorghe Cocis

Passed away peacefully at WRH Ouellette Campus surrounded by his loving family on March 30, 2017. He has found his peace with his Lord in Heaven. George has been reunited with his dearest wife Elisabeth (2014). Loving father of Ana husband Dr. Virgil Roman. Cherished grandfather to Min Roman. He will be sadly missed by many of his friends from the congregation at First Romanian Baptist Church where he served as their Pastor for many years. His devotion and dedication to serve God was very important in his life. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E, 519.253.7234 on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 6-9pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm. Funeral services on Saturday April 1, 2017 in the Chapel at 11:00am. Interment to follow. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at WRH-Ouellette CCU for all of their excellent care and compassion.
