Obituary of Olga Melnik Partyka
Has gone to join her late parents Wasily and Waselena Melnik peacefully on February 10, 2017 at the proud age of 90. Born in Windsor (Ford City) on August 29, 1926. Survived by her daughters Linda (Chris) Belair and Janice (Greg) Baby; her grandchildren Peter (Michelle), John, Kristin (Michael), Dr. Tanya D.V.M.(Bryce) and Nicholas as well as her great grandchildren Mackenzie and Kylie. Olga was loved deeply by her niece Pamela and Jorn Iverson and her dear friends Giselle, Anita, Maria, Anne and Dorothy. She was a long-time original member of Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. 519-253-7234 on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 2-4 pm. Visitation will then continue at the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church (1410 Droullard Rd. Windsor) on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 7-9pm with Panihida (Prayers) at 7:30pm and then on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 9:30am until the time of the Funeral Service at 10am. Burial to follow at Windsor Grove Cemetery. A deep heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kadri, all of the Renal Dialysis Staff at WRH-Ouellette Campus, everyone at the Villages of Aspen Lake and Jason, Josh and Kevin from Patient Transfer Service (PTS) for all of the kind care and compassion you gave our Mother.
