Dear Mr. & Mrs Alsmoudi, I just learned of Abdul''s passing and my heart is filled with sadness but also, very happy memories of hanging out with Abdul. It''s been a long time since I have seen you but I used to work with Abdul in my child life role at Windsor Regional Hospital from 2005 - 2009. He is without a doubt, my most favourite and cherished kid I have ever worked with in my 15 years of working in hospitals. Although I haven''t had the pleasure of spending time with him regularly since I left Windsor Regional Hospital in 2009, I think about him and all of you often. I am so glad that I got to see him again when he joined the Upopolis network. You have one special, unique and amazing child in Abdul (which I''m sure you already know!). I will always cherish the time I got to spend with him (I really loved our little chats in the playroom where he would fill me in on his hopes and dreams) and feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with all of you. A special hello to Abdul''s sisters as well - I always had so much fun hanging out with both of you too! Know that I will never forget Abdul, will continue to think of him often and feel so very lucky that I got to know such an amazing person. Sincerely, Allison
