Obituary of Magdalena Manz

Manz, Magdalena (nee Linnebach) Magdalena lived an amazing 102 years, passing away peacefully on January 20, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Nikolaus Manz (1979). Dear mother of Steve and wife Hermine. Cherished Oma to Nancy & John Foglia, Eva & Andy Bukovac, Helene Manz, and Steve & Terry Manz. Oma-Oma to John & Katherine, Joe & Kristen, Andrew, Alec, Jim & Leah, Sarah, Stefan & Maya, and Adam. Devoted great-Oma-Oma to Adam, Claire, Hudson, and Scottlyn. She will also be survived by family in the USA, Austria, and Germany. Lifetime member of the Teutonia Club and St. Michael"s German Church. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the angels who were her caregivers at both Extendicare Southwood Lakes and Maisonville for their care and compassion over the many years. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd East, 519.253.7234 on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Parish prayers will be held 7:30pm. A private family interment will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favourite charity on Magdalena"s behalf.
