Obituary of Lee Michael Luciani

LUCIANI, Dr. Lee Passed away suddenly on December 13, 2016 at the young age of 49 years. Loving husband of Christine (nee Langley). Loving, devoted and proud dad to Christian & Madeline who were his pride and joy. Cherished son of John & Rita Luciani (nee Viselli) and son-in-law to Marian Langley and Gary and Kathy Langley. Loving brother to Teresa (Josh). Brother/sister in-laws Matt Langley (Jodi), Mike Langley & Lauren Payne (John). Proud uncle of Michael, Jimmy, Johnny, Parker, Griffin, Aubrey, Emerson, Hudson, Tanner & Johnny. Loving nephew to many aunts & uncles and wonderful cousins to many both here in Canada and Italy. Dr. Lee was a graduate of the University of Ottawa School of Medicine and helped many people across Essex county especially for those in Essex and Tilbury. He was an extraordinary, amazing husband and father whose legacy will live on in his children and all who knew him. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E. 519-253-7234 on Sunday December 18, 2016 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 10:30 am at St. Anne Church (Tecumseh). Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In Honour of Dr. Lee Luciani donations in his memory will be made to his children Christian and Madeline c/o Christine Luciani to present to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Windsor Regional Cancer Centre and a Scholarship Fund in his name.
