Obituary of Quirino Di Natale

DI NATALE, Quirino (Lino) Our Father meant the world to us, he gave us life, nurtured it and nourished it. With his family by his side, it is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Lino. He was a devoted father, nonno, and good friend to many. Reunited with his loving wife, the late Marcella (2015), whom he shared 55 years of marriage. Cherished father of Roberto and wife Stella, Nancy, and Marco and wife Fran. Caro nonno to Roberto Jr., Christopher, Maichol, Deborah, Marissa, Massimo, and Martina, who will miss his beautiful smile and life stories. Dear brother of Elvio (late Gina), Renato (Maria), late Rosina Vogel (Jim), late Anna Mancini (late Carmen), late Franco (Eileen), late Carmelina Curitti (Renzo). Dear brother in law of late Maria Quaranta (Rodolfo) of ltaly. He will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews and many caring friends. Lino devoted his life to his family and blessed everyone with his love, kindness and generosity. He was a passionate man who loved gardening, wildlife, visits to his farm, and biking. In his spare time he also enjoyed italian music, ball room dancing, and playing cards. He was retired with 31 years of service from General Motors Trim Plant. He was a member of the Giovanni Caboto Club for 34 years. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East 519-253-7234 on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 10:15am from the funeral home then to St. Anne Church (Tecumseh) for Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Entombment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Windsor.
