Obituary of Phillip Charles Bonnici

Passed peacefully surrounded by his family on October 27, 2016 at the age of 71. Loving husband of Aline Bonnici (nee Mercier). Father of Christopher (Jean Sheeler) and Elizabeth (Chris Pilon). Grandfather of Megan St.Amour, Mackenzie, Liam and Zac Knowles. Son of Frank(1981) and Carmen Bonnici. Brother of Michael (Zhila) Bonnici and Mary Ann (Andre) Casaubon. Son-in-law of Roger(1984) and Mary Mercier. Brother-in-law of John(2008) Mercier and is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Phil retired from Chrysler Automotive in 1998 after more then 30 years of service. Visitation will take place at the Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7234 on Sunday, October 30th, 2016 from 2-5pm and on Monday, October 31st, 2016 from 10am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00am in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Phil"s family would like to specially thank all the caregivers that assisted him and our family over the last few months including the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County, WRH " Metropolitan Campus, CCAC and the VON nurses. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Windsor Essex County Hospice would be appreciated.
