Obituary of Domenico Valente

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Domenico on October 15, 2016 at 92 years of age. Loving husband of Maria Serafina (Nee Mottillo) with whom he shared 64 years of marriage. Devoted father of Pierina Civitillo and husband Pierino and Anna Shahbazi and husband Hossein. Cherished Nonno of Joseff Civitillo, Cristina Civitillo and husband Toby, Sara Shahbazi and fianc"e Peter Martini and Kavon Shahbazi. Bis Nonno of Arabella and Giuseppina. Dear brother of the late Serafina Fiorvento and husband Giuseppe and the late Pasquale Valente and wife Donata. Brother-in-law of the late Emilio Mottillo and late wife Gina. He will also be missed dearly by his nieces and nephews. Domenico retired from Chrysler Canada after 34 years of dedicated service. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Wednesday October 19, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. On Thursday October 20, 2016 relatives and friends are invited to meet directly at St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
