Obituary of Donna Jean Welsh

It is with great sadness that the family of Donna Welsh (nee Belland) announces her unexpected passing with her family at her side at Windsor Regional Hospital (Metropolitan Campus) while seeking a diagnosis, on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the age of 82. Joining her beloved late husband Fred Welsh (September 2012) where they are now "Together Forever". Loving mother of 2 sons; Bryan and wife Sandra of Glencoe, ON and Todd and wife Jane of Lakeshore, ON. Proud grandmother of six; Laura, David, Kevin, Jessica, Bryce and Micaela. Donna was the oldest daughter of the late Donald(1981) and Lula(1991) Belland. Sister of JoAnne Hatfield, Marlene Petrozzi, Don Belland, and the late Richard (Ricky) Belland(1979) and their families. Sister in Law of Lou Welsh and the late Helen(2007), Louise Sheehan and the late Don, Daughter in law of the late Ross(1954) and Marie(2002) Welsh. Donna devoted the majority of her married life to raising her sons, after which she had a part time job doing sales for D"Allards Ladies Wear in the Devonshire Mall until its closing. She enjoyed a number of retirement years with her husband Fred. After his passing, she spent time enjoying her weekly euchre games and meeting new friends. She enjoyed doing word puzzles, loved a good movie and to see her grandchildren grow. As per Donna"s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at a later date.
