Obituary of Kathleen Levack

Kathleen Levack (nee Duncan) Passed away peacefully on September 9, 2016 with her family by her side at the age of 64 years. Beloved wife of Jerome. Loving mother to Jennifer O"Neil (Ryan) and Jessica McFarland (Patrick). Cherished grandma to Abigale, Emma, Lily, & Ruby. Dearest sister to Gord (Rita), Dawn, Marjorie (David), Shawn (Don), Mary (Chris), and sister-in-law to Patricia (Louis). Kathleen will be missed by many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Gordon & Marjorie Duncan, her baby sister, Patricia, and her in-laws, Leonard & Ginger Levack. She will be greatly missed by her very best friend, Debbie. The family would like to thank Hospice of Windsor for their care and compassion. Memorial visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E 519-253-7234 on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 3-5 & 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 10am at St. Augustine of Canterbury (5448 Wyandotte St E). A private interment will follow.
