so sorry for your loss, Fred was my neighbor for many many years, quietest man in the neighbor hood, was a pleasure being friends and having conversation and helping you the occasional time, wish all my neighbors were as pleasant as Fred & Judy Fred will be missed on Westminster Blvd. rest in peace , prayers
