Obituary of Danica Sevo (nee: Javor)

SEVO, Danica (nee: Javor) Passed away surrounded by the love of her family, on September 7, 2020. Born in Zemunik Gornji, Dalmatia. Beloved wife to Nikola with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. Cherished mother to Sophia, Draga, Alexander, and Sasha (Karrie) Sevo. Treasured Baba to Alexander and Nicklas. Much-loved sister to Ilija (Pera) Javor, and the late Zivko (Anica) Javor. Sister-in-law to Petar, Mile (2018), Stephanie, Dusan, George and their families. Reunited with her loving parents, Mile and Draginja (nee: Gagic) Javor, and nephew Dragan. She will be remembered by her nieces and nephews, Zoran (Nikolina) and their children Dragoslav and Danijela. Javor, Predrag Javor, Dragica, Dusanka, and Dana and their families, as well as Kum Sava and Anica Dragicevic and their families and her family in Serbia, the USA and Australia. Danica was devoted to her family and worked at Essex Linen Supply and the Serbian Centre. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses for the care and compassion you provided to Danica over the years. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road East 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Prayer service to take place at 8pm. Very Reverend Father Vladimir Vranic presiding. Reservations are not required to attend visitation. A private family service to take place on Thursday, September 10, 2020. Please note masks must be worn at the Funeral Home and church. Guests are invited to join the family at Windsor Memorial Gardens at 11:30am on Thursday, September 10 for interment services.
