Obituary of Brian Jeffery Izsak

IZSAK, Brian Jeffery It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Brian, on July 26, 2016 at W.R.H., Ouellette Campus, at the age of 53 years. Father to Robert Izsak and his mother Charlene Izsak. Grandfather to Ava Derby. Loving son to John Izsak and late wife Joan (2009). Dear brother to John Izsak and wife Sharon, and Glenn Izsak. Beloved friend to Char Wall. Brian is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. A heartfelt thank you to the Trillium Gift of Life Network and the doctors and nursing staff at Windsor Regional Hospital, Ouellette Campus (I.C.U.) for their excellent and compassionate care provided to Brian. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation to honour Brian will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234 on Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
