Poole, Loretta Mary (nee Nantais) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 17, 2016 at 95 years of age. Cherished wife of Don Poole (1991). Predeceased by parents Rose (Thibert) and Henry Nantais. Loving mother of Gary (Mary Beth), the late Wayne Poole (1980), Michael Poole (Marilyn), Michelle (Paul), and Terry (Lynn). Dearest grandmother of Lori and Tom, Rochelle and Ashley, Christina, the late Marcie Poole (1980), the late Donald Poole (1980), Callie, Jennie, Sydney and Jack Poole. Great-grandmother to Joshua, Sammy, Madison, and Cooper. Predeceased by sisters Veronica Seymour (John), Mayme Jenereaux (Lloyd), Beatrice Cartier (Frank), Geraldine Moore (Reg), Noella Bernardi (Adolph "Duff"), Georgina Retting (Simmi) and brothers Arthur (Louise), Lawrence (Virginia), Gordon (Aldea), and Henry (Mary). Loretta was a member of St. Theresa"s Church and served on various committees as a Eucharist Minister, reader, and various senior groups. She loved playing pepper, euchre, and poker. She enjoyed life to the fullest with all her family and friends. She will be missed by her little dog Emma, whom she took for a walk every day. E. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to meet at St. Theresa"s Church (1991 Norman Rd.) on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
