Obituary of Jan Wieslaw Jaworski

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Jan on June 9, 2016 at 65 years of age. Loving husband of Elizabeth for 27 years. Cherished Tata of Agata and Adam. Predeceased by his father Ludwik Jaworski and survived by his mother Zofia Jarzabek-Jaworska. Dear brother of Krystyna, Stanislawa and Alicja. He will also be missed by his many family members in Poland. Jan retired from Valiant Tool and Die this past January after 25 years of dedicated service as a skilled engineer. He was also an active member of the Polish fishing and hunting club and he will be deeply missed by his many friends at the club. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (East Chapel) 519-253-7234, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East on Monday June 13, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Tuesday June 14, 2016 at Holy Trinity Polish Church (1035 Ellis Street East) from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
