Obituary of Maria Campanaro

CAMPANARO, Maria (nee Tedesco) It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our dear Maria on June 5, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Loving wife of the late Antonio (1996). Cherished mother of Teresa Talerico (Felix), Vito (Rita) and Isa D'Agnillo (Frank). Special Nonna of Melissa, Deana, John (Taylor), Katie (Patrick), Andrea (Marco), Laura, Vanessa (Luke) and David. Predeceased by her parents Antonio and Isabella Tedesco and her siblings, Giuseppe Tedesco (Angela), Antonietta Bonasso (Salvatore) and Angela Mancina (Frank). Survived by loved sisters-in-law, Italia Scebba (Cono), Antonietta Campanaro (late Silvio), Giuseppina Campanaro (late Mario). Predeceased by in-laws Francesco (Maria), Irene Granata (Luigi), Ninetta Cecere (Giovanni), Gemma Guido (Pasqualino), Paolo (Vittoria), Maria Cimino (John) and Alphonso. Also survived by many loved nieces and nephews in Canada, United States and Italy. Special and loved nieces Maria Lopez and the late Isabella Barile. Her courage, strength and unwavering faith was an inspiration to all that she touched, especially the joy of her life; her grandchildren. Very special thanks to Dolce Vita staff and Huron Lodge and the staff at Willow Unit for their loving care and dedication shown to our beloved mother. E., on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from the Funeral Home at 8:45 a.m. to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
