Dear Darlene, So very sad to learn of your father''s recent passing. My deepest condolences and prayers go out to you and your entire family at this difficult time and in the days ahead. I have such fond memories of time spent at the Grondin''s (Sumach) homestead. Your parents were always so warm & welcoming. Roasting marshmallows, eating homemade pizzas and camping "Grondin style"! Although the Thompson House now resides on that corner lot, the Haddad''s and most Riversider''s will always remember your Dad''s smiling face at his Texaco station when driving by. I know I do. Thinking of you, take care.
