DESJARDINS, Jeffrey "Jeff" It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jeff on May 7, 2016 at 48 years of age. Dear Son of Herby and Diana and the late Pat Desjardins. Cherished Dad of Ashley, Robbie, Tyler and Julianna. Adored brother of Tim and wife Andrea, Crystal and husband Don Meloche, Shelly and husband Scott, Michele, Jody and the late George. Grandpa of Shaun. Devoted boyfriend of Jody. He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other extended family. Jeff was a highly respected and dedicated employee of Aspen Lake Nursing Home and will be greatly missed by all of the staff and neighbors at the home. He was also the current Union Chairman at Aspen Lake. Jeff will always be remembered for his kind heart, vibrant sense of humor, the passion for his job and the love that he had for his second family at Aspen Lake. Visitation will be held WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East on Wednesday May 11, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Thursday May 12, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel. Procession to Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery for comital prayers to follow. In memory of Jeff, memorial donations may be made to the family.
