Obituary of Aldo Giacomo D'Andrea

D"ANDREA, Aldo Giacomo Passed away peacefully on May 6, 2016 at 87 years of age. Loving Husband and best friend of Maria (nee Riggi) for 57 years. Dear Father of Ennio D"Andrea, Claudio and wife Lori D"Andrea and David and wife Jessica D"Andrea. Adored Nonno of Anthony, Dina, Melissa, Kevin and Julia. Aldo is now reunited with his sisters and brothers-in-law Palma (Tullio) Vitella, Clara (Mario) Fanelli and Flora D"Andrea. Survived by mother-in-law Isabella Riggi and brother-in-law Domenico (Pasquetta) Riggi. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Aldo retired from Loaring Construction in 1991 after 32 years of dedicated service. He was also a member of the Carpenters Union Local 494 and a long-time member of the Ciociaro Club. A special thank you to the staff at Windsor Regional Hospital " Metropolitan Campus 4 North for your care and compassion given to Aldo. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Central Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Sunday May 8, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Sunday at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Service Monday May 9, 2016 at 8:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
