D"Andrea, Achille It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Achille on April 29, 2016 at Windsor Regional Hospital " Ouellette Campus. He will be missed by his loving wife, Emma (Peruzzo) (nee Facchina). Beloved father to Valentino D"Andrea (Wendy), and the late Giovanni D"Andrea (survived by wife Kate), and stepfather to Elver Peruzzo (Heidi) and Mary Ann Ienna (Rosario). Loving Nonno to Michael D"Andrea, Brad Peruzzo (Renee), Brian Peruzzo (Natalie), Heather Bain (Jason), Nicole Peruzzo, Jessica Mendez (Luis), and David Ienna (Kelly). Cherished Bisnonno to 9 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Benito D"Andrea (Iria), Assunta D"Agostini (the late Rafaele), Antonia Ferrera (the late Adelio), and Alberina Vitella (the late Palmerino). The family would like to extend a special thank you to CCAC, Dr. Bergeron, Dr. Freeman, nurses Jessica and Amber, caregiver Sarah, and the staff of Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette at emergency and on 8th floor west. Visitation will be at WINDSOR CHAPEL (East Chapel), 11677 Tecumseh Rd E, 519.253.7234 on Monday, May 2, 2016 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Prayers will be held at 7:30pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 10:15am from the Funeral Home to St. Anne`s "Tecumseh for Funeral Mass at 11am. Entombment will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
