Obituary of Juliana Bobaljik

BOBALJIK Juliana "Julie" Passed away peacefully in the early hours of Sunday April 24, 2016, at the age of 91 years. Together again with her late husband Steve, (April 2008), and her loving daughter, Laurie Finlay (April 2007). Best "Momco" of Wayne & wife Electa, and John & wife Judy. Dear mother-in-law of Paul Finlay and his late wife Helen (January 2016). Daughter of the late John & Mary Kuca. Sister of the late Irene Ford and husband George. Sister in law of the late Helen & Leonard Semack; and John and Nancy Bobaljik of Ottawa. Dear Grandma of Eric & Megan Bobaljik, Dean Finlay, and Kara Finlay & fiancee Matt Martinuzzi. Dear "Great Nana" to Jacob, and his brother OR sister...to be announced! loving Aunt Julie/Auntie Jewellery, to nieces and nephews in Windsor & the U.S.A. Julie worked for many years at the former Peerless Dairy Stores of Windsor. Our mom lived a long and blessed life that was for the most part, illness free. We are most grateful for her devotion to family. Our family is most appreciative to the staff at Extendicare Southwood Lakes, especially Jacklynn, Justin, Mickey, Jill, Kim, and the rest of the crew, for assisting Mom to live her later years in comfort, but most of all, with dignity. At Mom's wish, Fr. Greg Bonin officiated at a private family celebration of her life, and entombment followed at Heavenly Rest Cemetery on Wednesday, April 27, 2016.
