Obituary of Mary Tressa Kozak

KOZAK, Mary (nee O'Mara) Passed away peacefully on April 8th, 2016 with her loving family by her side, at the age of 84 years. Cherished wife of the late William (2011). Predeceased by her loving son Dennis (1997). Beloved mother of Sharon Kozak, Sandie and husband Mike Mitchell, and Patricia Kozak. Mary will be sadly missed by 9 grandchildren , 9 great -grandchildren and 1 great- great- grandchild. Mary was a member of the Catholic Women's League and a long-time member of Our Lady of the Atonement Church. Mary's family would like to extend a most sincere and heart-felt thank-you to the staff of Hospice Windsor Essex county for their continued support over the last 2 1/2 years, and to her home care nurse Noah. E. on Monday April 11, 2016 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Catholic Women's League and Parish prayers will be held Monday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service on Tuesday April 12, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. from the Funeral Home going to Our Lady of the Atonement Church (2940 Forest Glade Drive) for Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
